Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement between you and Myaccountant Technology Pty Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located at Level 1, 43 Stewart Street, Richmond, Victoria, Australia 3121.

Subscriptions

Subscription Period

The Service is billed on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Fee Changes

The Company will provide reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees, giving you an opportunity to cancel before such change takes effect.

Refunds

Paid subscription fees are non-refundable except when required by applicable law.

Free Trial

The Company may offer a free trial period. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer or cancel such free trial offer at any time.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and must not disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

Content

Your Rights

By posting content on the Service, you grant us the right and licence to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.

Content Restrictions
